I don’t use them personally, but I train with a few women who do. I’ve noticed some of the side effects and they’ve mentioned it too.
But I didn’t know what to look for and how many alternatives there were – so while I’ll probably still choose not to use any (my goals are just to stay active), I’ll pass this along to my friends who want different results than I do. Maybe it’ll help them make some good choices, or to switch to something with fewer (or no) side effects.
Hello! I'm new to this site and learning how to navigate. I've been reading quite a few of your posts here and you give excellent information! I have a question that I'm racking my brain with - I have a good amount of muscle already with even being lean (almost 44 yrs old, 5'4", 120 lbs; lifting almost 5 yrs) but want to gain more (need help with the quads). My diet, workouts, etc. are on point but I feel I’ve reached a plateau. I've read about anavar, primo and lately anadrol, which the latter seems to give more muscle mass (but there is conflicting information about women taking anadrol). I don't want to be enormous but definitely want to make notable gains (I idolize Dana Linn Bailey!). Beings anavar is safe (esp. for a first cycle), would it really give me the extra mass I'm looking for? I appreciate your time!
